Attorney

S. Bradley Chalk

Brad received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California.

Brad graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. During law school, Brad volunteered at Gonzaga Center for Law and Justice's University Legal Assistance program, a legal clinic designed to assist qualifying low-income individuals obtain legal advice.  As a result of his exposure working in the legal clinic, Brad determined his calling: to assist injured workers in the maze they often face wrestling with insurance companies in a system which is confusing and -- more often than not -- unfriendly to injured workers.

Brad opened his office in downtown Santa Rosa in 2003. His office handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Industrial Disability Retirement law and has bilingual staff to assist with Spanish-speaking clientele.  Brad understands the added complexity of performing simple tasks when faced with a disability and will fight for you to obtain all the benefits to which you are entitled.

Brad is Past-President of the California Applicants Attorneys' Association (CAAA) and is active in Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), a national organization devoted to assisting injured workers.

Given Brad's active participation in CAAA and WILG, he has developed strong relationships with many attorneys around the country. If he is not able to personally handle your case, you can be assured he will refer you to the most appropriate specialist.

Brad was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997.
